On June 25th, 2012, a
company called Heliofant released a video titled I, Pet Goat II. The film is at
once artistic and revelatory. Potently prophetic, it may easily rest beside St.
John’s Apocalypse or William Blake’s America: A Prophecy as provocative, portentous,
and easily assimilable. It is a symbolically opulent portrayal of our
collective struggles past and present, as well as the real hope that is our
future as humans on this planet.
The video’s true meaning and
message is found in its title and the name of the production company. Heliofant
is simply the Sun as Teacher, or the Solar Logos as a revealer of the
mysteries. The word Heliofant is a combination of the names Helios (Greek
personification of the Sun) and Hierophant (interpreter of arcane teachings).
The Sun truly is our great guru, and its story is our own, for as the Sun
travels through the ages of the zodiac, it expresses through its great solar
body, comprising all those spheres and their families that orbit under its
influence, a truth. That truth need remain unspoken, for if we give it form it
becomes limited, transient, and loses its meaning.
By the Tarot, the Hierophant is
associated with the Hebrew letter vav, whose
numerical value is 6. As the third letter of the Tetragrammaton, vav is associated with the sephirah
Tiphareth, the sphere of the Sun. All these connections further validate our
understanding of Sol as instructor. The instruction that the Heliofant imparts
is contained in this video I, Pet Goat II.
The video’s title, I, Pet Goat II creates
the context, not only for the video’s scope, but also its depth.
Firstly, beyond the fact that
George W. Bush read the children’s book, The
Pet Goat to elementary schoolchildren during the destruction of the Twin
Towers on 9/11, we must examine the symbolism of the goat and its relationship
to the Heliofant. Tarot Key 15, The Devil, portrays a goat-headed monster
having enslaved a man and a woman. This entity is also known as Baphomet. If
one examines, using a conservative Tarot deck, the Hierophant and The Devil
keys, one will note many similarities as the two serve as polar opposites with
the same end in view.
The Hierophant addresses two
devotees, namely wisdom and desire, with a specific hand mudra that says, “What
you see with your eyes is only a portion of all there is.” In his left hand he
holds a staff with a map of the four Qabalistic worlds atop it. The Hierophant
possesses and imparts to the disciplined a full disclosure of the nature of
reality.
The Devil holds bound two slaves,
namely intellect and instinct. He holds his right hand in a manner that says,
“What you see with your eyes is all there is.” In his left hand he holds a
torch, burning with the fire of unfettered lust. The Devil is an expression of
the nefesh, the animal, lowest, and
most expendable of the five human souls.
The Goat of Mendes is symbolized by
a pentagram turned on its head. Two horns, two ears, and the goatee fit into
the upside down five-pointed star, which represents the higher faculties of
mankind enslaved to those instincts associated with the animal soul. The
reduction of humanity en masse to units of life-force energy to be utilized by
the power-elite is the miserable message of The
Pet Goat. This commodification of humanity is clearly demonstrated by the
bar code on the captive goat’s brow. Later in the video, the Christ figure
wears an eye on his brow, demonstrating mastery and articulation instead of
slavery.
Secondly, having established the
meaning behind the goat-prisoner or “pet goat” imagery in the title and opening
of the video, we may address the relevance of “I”. “I” is the eternal witness
that is our true identity. The problem at hand is that any thing we attach this
“I” to is ultimately illusory. Moreover, to attach this “I” to The Pet Goat creates great suffering,
for here the creator itself becomes a sacrificial lamb at the behest of those
most nefarious aspects of its own creation.
To the extent that any of us allow
ourselves to be reduced to commodified life-force is the extent to which we
suspend our divinity and roles as centers of expression for the primal will to
good. To the extent that we are scapegoats, we forget our sovereignty, our
spiritual autonomy, and ultimately our birthright as rulers of the universe.
So “I, Pet Goat” is the reason we
suffer as people on this planet. It is our misidentification with the
life-force and the life-urge alone
that limits our vast potential. Our suffering comes from knowing that we are
more than batteries, more than sacrifice, and more than commodity, and not
living in that high state. We are often just as fallen as the angels that
exploit us.
Thirdly, the distinction of sequel
in the title as “II” connotes not only that these are events following 9/11,
but that the sense of “other” or “two” or “twin towers”, (hence “II”), is just
as delusional, in light of our true identity as “I” as the misidentification
with The Pet Goat. We are not two. We
are one. There is no subject. There is no object. There is ultimately only I. As
Isaiah 45:5 says, “I am the LORD, and there is none else…”
But alas, a vast portion of
humanity is indeed “I” identified with The
Pet Goat and fixated on “other” and “outside”, and this hypnotic trance
allows for the puppetry and manipulation that eerily begins the video.
For we wrestle
not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness
in high places. (Ephesians 6:12)
George W. Bush is portrayed as
a creepy, tap dancing marionette whose erratic contortions add a demonic
quality to his presence. He wears a dunce cap and has seeming difficulty
articulating his blame. “Shame on you,” he finally spits out and his fingers
fold into the familiar horns posture that has become associated with Satanism
and Baphomet. Again the idea of scapegoat is reinforced.
In returning to the archetype
of Baphomet, it is relevant to this discussion that the name Baphomet was originally a corruption
of "Mahomet", the Latinisation
of "Muhammad",
founder of the religion of the Arabs, who became the scapegoat for the 9/11
attacks. “Shame on you”, while holding the Baphomet hand mudras, simultaneously
announces whom he blamed for the attacks and the Bush family allegiance to
those secret societies, represented, in part, by the chessboard classroom floor.
Bush’s contortions receive an annoyed
sidelong glance from the classroom teacher, whose minority disposition
immediately puts her at odds with Bush’s privileged white status. Perhaps to
assuage her, George W. Bush becomes Barack Obama, smug and self-satisfied.
Before moving on to the classroom and
happenings there, we should take notice of the educational decorations on the
blackboard behind the presidential puppetry. Of relevance are the following:
1)
Clock – It is high noon. Could this be a
reference to the year ’12?
2)
Human evolutionary progression chart – This
graphic chart begins with a fish, progresses through ape and homosapien, and
terminates in enlightened humanity replete with halo.
3)
Urinating penis – A urinating penis is placed
on the chalkboard, the flow of which seems to fall on both presidential heads.
4)
Hangman game – A game of hangman is half
finished. The word in question is “evolution” to compliment the chart above the
board. The first four letters of the word are entered and read backward spell
“love”.
5)
Shark – A shark glares at the presidents.
Perhaps a reflection of their common natures.
6)
Burning house – A house burns behind the
president adding to the ambience of threat, danger, and terror.
7)
Hearts – A swarm of hearts hang over the
teacher indicating that while the educational system may be sick, those
implementing the system are well intentioned.
8)
Brain lightning – Beneath the blackboard two
brain hemispheres are split apart by lightning, indicating both the activation
of the pineal gland and the synapses firing during the integration of right and
left hemispheres.
9)
Dragon – A fire-breathing dragon flies toward
the activated brain away from a model of the heart indicating the movement of
the kundalini force from the heart center and into the brain centers during the
higher stages of spiritual unfolding.
10)
Algebraic equation – The formula “F = -F” indicates that
there is justice within the apparent lack of justice.
All these symbols indicate that human
evolution is at play in the life of humanity, regardless of the efforts of the
power-elite to arrest that process for the purpose of engineering a populace of
sacrificial goats.
Obama’s glib laughter is short lived as
he watches a child, reminiscent of Alice and symbolic of Ishtar (the High Priestess and subconsciousness), drop her apple of learning (or
indoctrination) in the spirit of disillusionment. From the broken apple grows a
lily of wisdom. Obama begins to sweat with concern, for in this new generation
is the hope of true freedom built on wisdom gleaned from learning. This
transformation in childhood education bodes ill for the power-elite and their
twisted plans to exploit humanity.
However, sadly her classmates are blue
and petrified indicating the autistic, depressed, and useless collateral
fallout from the failing educational system. The remaining child caught in the
spotlight is lost and disenchanted. In the background we see the white rabbit
of intuition which Alice now pursues in lieu of her formal studies that have
served only to freeze and silence her peers. Only a minority will pull through,
but we shall see that that small percentile will be supported by a force far
more powerful than the antagonisms our age brings.
Outside the school graffiti on the wall reads "Psalm 23" telling us that America must pass through hard times on its way to enlightenment.

The world is cold and icy indicative of the Cosmic Winter or Vedic Kali Yuga from which we are ready to awaken. Human consciousness is fixated on the material (symbolized by ice) with little regard for the other phases of mind stuff, from which the physical world congeals. The slow melt of this icy world represents both the constant threat of global warming and also the transition of this spiritual ice age into Cosmic Spring.

On a glistening icy ridge overlooking
the ocean into which the melt flows, dances a lone kachina dancer celebrating
the Hopi prophecies which describe our transition into the new age. The kachina
also represents the vitalism to which our physics and common thought is
beginning to lean; namely that all the elements of the universe are living
beings and that human survival is contingent upon relationship with all life,
both seen and unseen, in the world. This is a distinctly different position
than the commodification of baphometic nefesh
reined and routed by the power-elite. To put a fine point on it, it is the
difference between the hyper-masculine domination and the feminine relation.
The kachina’s dance foreshadows the
anubic vessel steering out from mysterious mists. Keeping in mind that the
various phases of water symbolize the various phases of vibrational frequency
occupying creation, this ship emerges from the mist (pure spirit) and rides
upon the water (pure mind). Anubis represents the spirit of humanity, and
humanity carries within it a precious cargo – the Sun and Son of God.
The scene shifts and under a red-crescent
moon we see a black-winged Osama bin Laden leading an Arab army. His wings are
black indicating that the religious authority he operates under is an ignorant
ruse used to manipulate the Middle Eastern populace into war. He wears a CIA
badge showing that he is either an agent for or a creation of the Central
Intelligence Agency who have, at the behest of the power-elite, orchestrated
many modern conflicts for the benefit of their hidden masters.
In the distance, oil derricks drill into
the ice and a flow of black oil drips steadily into the sea. The power-elite
seek to own and control energy, be that life-force, oil, and, as we shall later
see, even femininity, menstruation, and sexuality.
Next we are shown the Statue of Liberty,
symbol of free democracy, but, more significantly, justice, as represented by
the balanced six-pointed shining star at her feet. It is upon disciplined
equilibrium that sovereignty and freedom stand. But storm clouds spiral above
her crown and her guiding torch, that light unto the nations, falls into the
sea.
Liberty’s children are egg-bound, owned
and watched in utero by those same scaled forces that puppet presidents. These
watchers are fallen angels, the Slavic Grigori. It is to their blame that the
travesties that led to the mythical worldwide flood occurred, and it is they
who operate behind the scenes of human drama to orchestrate death and the
subsequent release of nefesh, off
which they feed.
The Book of Enoch states: "And
Azâzêl taught men to make swords, and knives, and shields, and breastplates,
and made known to them the metals of the earth and the art of working them, and
bracelets, and ornaments, and the use of antimony, and the beautifying of the
eyelids, and all kinds of costly stones, and all colouring tinctures. And there
arose much godlessness, and they committed fornication, and they were led
astray, and became corrupt in all their ways. Semjâzâ taught enchantments, and
root-cuttings, Armârôs the resolving of enchantments, Barâqîjâl, taught
astrology, Kôkabêl the constellations, Ezêqêêl the knowledge of the clouds,
Araqiêl the signs of the earth, Shamsiêl the signs of the sun, and Sariêl the
course of the moon."
In short, the Watchers are responsible
for civilization and its ills. Their grip on humanity is a primary theme
through the remainder of the video.
Again we see the head of Anubis moving
through the mist. Hermanubis is a symbol for the reincarnative aspect of
humanity through which we collectively gather knowledge and carry our potential
through our deaths and rebirths. Hermanubis eventually yields conscious
immortality, but first the human soul must be tempered into presence by myriad
trials and throws. All this suffering is for the refinement of our
consciousness.
Hermanubis represents a half-awake
humanity. His body and limbs are human, but the jackal dreams still dominate
his mind. These dreams move the body to behave in ways inappropriate to its
constitution. Nevertheless it is this instinctive urge that leads the Messiah
through eons of suffering into the light of perpetual consciousness, unbroken
by the sleep of death.
The sacred heart is painted over the
Christ’s solar plexus. It has echoes painted over the lower energetic centers
indicating that this rise of energy has almost moved into the heart. When this
occurs, we humanity will move into a new age of love, compassion, and
understanding. The Navajo call this process “the pollen path”. On his brow is
etched the Eye of Horus, whose physiological counterpart is the pineal gland,
which when reconstituted avails humans to communion with God.
However, the Christ (Enlightenment)
sleeps with a crown of thorns on his head. This Messiah, our creation, our
creator, and our savior sleeps within the ship of humanity. He sleeps and
trembles. This trembling is highly significant in that it shows the work of the
corporeal intelligence associated with the constellation Pisces. This trembling
is the result of purifications (Vedic kriyas) within the body and its subtle
components. It is a sign that the kundalini (serpent power, Holy Spirit, Ruach
ha Kodesh) is active within the body/mind and purifies it toward enlightenment.
Christ is Us. It is our whole self, and
the purifications within the body of Christ are the struggles of humanity in
the world around us. They are our struggles, our purifications, as we are
tempered toward the light of Consciousness.
Now we are shown the genie of the mass
media that both grants us our desire for knowledge and holds us hostage to that
knowledge. The genie is also reptilian, and on his beard is an inverted eye of
providence signifying the inverted priorities that the media and its programming
forces on the mass mind. The child’s head has been cracked open and is empty
save the loathsome presence of that genie. Behind his wide eyes the stock
market feed runs. He is depleted, hypnotized, and dominated by the media
genie’s endless berate and barrage of information meaningless and empty.
Bombers fly overhead and destroy a
mosque. Bats fly from the ruin as from a belfry indicative of the madness
inherent within the Islamic religion. But in the closed eyes of the Christos
they are not bats but white and delicate moths that burst into holy fire at his
touch. His heart also flames at this impact, revealing that it is through love
alone that we will make peace with the Muslim world.
The kachina dancer draws back in sorrow
as we view the morbid passion of the Christ as it has been revealed to us by
the Church. A red halo wraps Mary’s head indicating that her holiness has only
ever been Martian and for the purpose of war and control. Her garb is black,
indicative of Catholic ignorance. The Church and its horrific fascination with
pain is merely another mechanism by which we have bound ourselves. A scarab,
Egyptian symbol of immortality, crawls over the battered face of the Christ
child. Though the edifices be crude and broken, still the spirit of grace is
present even in these tired forms and rituals.
The abused Christ child is a symbol of
all tortured children the world over, and the next image has tragic pedophilic
connotations. The skull and bones tattoo on the pedophile’s arm indicates the
perpetuation of this by the systems created by the power-elite. It implies that
the abuse of children is largely responsible for the ticking, red-eyed,
automatonic violence in the world today. But this should not be viewed as
predator and victim, for this perpetuates the madness. We must honor, respect,
and protect innocence, for it is in our innocence that we stand to inherit a
new and peaceful world.
And
said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little
children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.
(Jesus in Matthew 18:3)
Next we see our pink lily of wisdom
slide down a stream of filth. It sinks in the goo with the working class man.
Common sense has been derided and the natural wisdom inherent in all humanity
is at risk as pollution threatens to drown the robust health of the everyman.
A line of black army tanks barrel
through the street and a young idealist charges toward them with a white flag
of truce. A Chinese tiger patch sown onto her jacket reminds us of 1989 Tiananmen
Square. She is a fierce advocate of peace. On her left cheek a heart and on her
right cheek the symbol for nuclear energy. Her enthusiasm is arrested by a
celebratory grim reaper. She feels her efforts are in vain, and she
relinquishes her cause.
Still the Christ sails on and shakes as
this mass purification continues. Now his feet are ablaze. The Piscean Age
associated with the feet of the Grand Man (the Solar Logos – the Christ Yeshua)
is coming to an end.
The media genie still torments the
mindless child with its tirade, and the child cries out in anguish. The screen
through which the genie transmits alternates between the genie’s face and the
eye of the Watcher. And from the center of the universe through the four
Qabalistic worlds rides the Christ on his anubic chariot. His speed accelerates
as his actualization draws near.
A fiery breath streams from his pursed
lips, and he enters a tunnel reminiscent of the gullet of a fish, perhaps in
recollection of Jonah’s whale, in which death is remade a body eternal.
Christ’s flesh is aflame as he enters this tunnel; and quickening bolts of
lightning lick him as we, his ship, carry him along. Even this icy cave is
melting with the promise of new life and life eternal.
A quaint Kali stomps and dances over his
temporal grave. He is Shiva soon to rise anew and remake the world in divine
image.
A school of fish swim to the surface of
the water and jump into the anubic chariot reaffirming the end of the Piscean
Age as humanity accumulates the lessons learned over the last 2,000 years.
Still the savior sleeps and shakes as light begins to pour through the cracks
of the cavern walls.
A hand emerges from a spiral cloud and
points to a prison tower, wherein is held a frenetic, syphilitic old woman. A
neon heart flashes red by her window revealing her as a harlot, but she is
every woman. She is the feminine trapped and bound in a role of slavery,
subservience, and disrespect. She is the victim of thousands of years of rape
and exploitation, especially by the Church, as evidenced by the cross atop her
tower. She peers fearfully out the window and frantically draws back as the
invading light surrounds her. As the light embraces her terror, her bloody
issue vanishes.
And, behold, a
woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him,
and touched the hem of his garment: For she said within herself, If I may but
touch his garment, I shall be whole. But Jesus turned him about, and when he
saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole.
And the woman was made whole from that hour. (Matthew 9:20-22)
The impact of enlightenment upon the gender
and sexual conflicts in our world today is purification and recalibration. It
is the only solution for the many sufferings of the world, and, incidentally,
it is also the deepest cause of those sufferings. According to Qabalistic
gematria, Messiach (messiah) and Nachash (serpent) have the same
numerical value of 358 and hence a complimentary and antagonistic relationship.
The redeemer and tempter are one and the same.
Still the Christos sleeping, dreaming,
“working out his salvation with fear and trembling”, rides on through the
valley of the shadow of death, for it is by these death throws and labor pains
that the new age will be born. And Kali dances on…
A fog of corporate drones replete with suits
and cases order themselves hollow beneath the starry sky. The dreaming Christ
dispels them easily. It will not take a risen Lord to disband that vacuous lot.
Even now the voice of the masses threaten to blow away an economic system built
on smoky myth.
The media monster abandons the boy, and
empty he looks to the skies from whence cometh his help. He walks forward in
silence.
The reaper continues his celebration conducting
the orchestra of transformation on all sides. The battered child the dark
mother once mourned is now lifted into the light of the moon and whirls like a
dervish, symbolizing reconciliation between the souls of Christianity and
Islam. Their reconciliation is the fruit of the realization that they share the
same source and have, in sight, beyond all superficialities, the same desired
end.
The icy world now turns in spiralic exaltation.
The kachinas continue their dance of
realized vitalism.
A new day dawns. Christ emerges from the
valley of the shadow of death into a field of clear water strewn with pink
lilies. His feet still blaze, and suddenly his kriyas are completed. His shaking
ceases. His purification is performed. He is awake.
Christ is awake within humanity, and as he
gazes into that fierce and unifying fire at the heart of the Galaxy from whence
he sprang as Sun and Son, we are at peace. He and we as one. Vessel and captain
as one.
Behind me now the Church crumbles, obsolete
vestige. Before me, too, the pyramids sink, for their purpose as crypt and
conduit is also completed. My crown of thorns vanishes as my countenance now
shines in recognition of my true nature.
I am the Sun.
I am the Son of God.
I and the Father are One.
